Are you ready to promote POSITIVITY? Negativity from any sources whether it is external or from within yourself can highly affect our energy and has the potential to alter our success.

Negativity from any sources whether it is external or from within yourself can highly affect our energy and has the potential to alter our success. Have you ever turned down an amazing opportunity because you weren’t sure if you would be able to do it? Think for a moment now about how that opportunity might have changed your life if only you had had the courage to act on it. 

Negativity seems to have a power all its own- it has the potential to alter dreams and success, thwart projects in mid-stream, cause chaos among people, and significantly raise our level of stress and lower our level of satisfaction with our lives. Are you willing to let this happen to you? You have a choice to make. Will you choose to allow negativity to control your life or will you take steps to control the negativity in your life?

Think for a moment now about how that opportunity might have changed your life if only you had had the courage to act on it. 

Now, the next question is why do we keep thinking negatively or where do they come from? If we want to remove negativity from life then we need to assess what kind of environment do we live in or what kind of people we are surrounded with. A situation definitely goes out of control when you approach it with your own negative thoughts. It is very important to take necessary steps to keep yourself away from toxic people and the environment. The only solution is ‘Stay Away’ from people who infuse negative thoughts in you or create negative environment around you.  If we want to remove and change the negativity around us then we need to concentrate on the ‘how’ factor and less on ‘why’ factor.

When life gets stressful, we tend to focus on those things that cause us stress. We often miss out on the better things in life when we are feeling overwhelmed. When we are involved in a relationship and feeling resentful or taken advantage of, we do the same thing. We focus on the negative. We forget that the behavior we are upset with is just one element of the overall person. When something is flawed, we tend to focus on that flaw and ignore the person around it. Are you focusing too much on one element of behavior, and not attending enough to the rest of the person?

Also, it is very important for us to understand the mind game. When we use negative words for our own soul and for others, then we are automatically breaking the shield of positivity around us. It is very important to empower yourself and others with positive words, tone, gestures. Our communication radiates vibrations and through these vibrations we can actually create the world of supreme peace and love. Think positive about others. Stop comparing yourself with others. By doing so, you’ll be able to move on with your life, reach your goals, be happy for others, and more.

When situations arise that you feel are truly negative, try to convert the negative and find something positive. For example, when you have a bad day at work and when you get negative feedback from your seniors then look at the silver lining behind it. Convert your thoughts into positive, for example –‘My seniors want me to improve and that’s why they are working on me’ or ‘I get timely feedback and it is the great opportunity to perform’. Evaluate your expectations. Are you expecting others to think and act like you?  Are you expecting too much? Perhaps it is time to look at your thoughts and see if they need a ‘tune up’. If you try to consciously reframe your thoughts, it will also help you to remain calm and put a strategy together to move on to the next step, which is responding assertively.

Dealing with negativity is tough. It is a powerful force that can get us down and try to keep us there. Through focusing on positivity, looking at your own contributions and trying to exert some positive communication strategies, you can take that power and harness it to become a positive energy -force in your life.

You have a choice – Time to choose it now. Reframe Thoughts. Eliminate toxic people from your life. Empower yourself and others with affirmations. Focus on the positive. Train your mind to see the good in everything. Positive is a choice. Communication radiates vibrations and through these vibrations we can actually create the world of supreme peace and love.
