We aim to build both capability and culture and cause 3I’s in communication –To speak with Intent, Integrity and Involvement through the effective application of Neuro Linguistic Techniques, Neuro-Science Communication Behavior, Psychological Elements, Design Thinking and Psychometric tools. We enhance the capability with skills building and culture by creating an intangible change -an environment.

Our Approach

    We use NLP Communication Model that examines your pattern of behavior while you witness various favorable and non-favorable external factors. We work on 7 main principles of NLP to understand the intensity of our own and other’s mind maps. We would focus on bringing about changes in perception while making your communication even more responsible which will in turn give you the power to make yourself more self-aware and responsive to the circumstances around.
    We fine-tune your message — whether you are delivering any presentations or give performance feedback or persuade your team members to embrace a change initiative or sell a product or service — to make sure others listen, attend to the message, and act on it. The techniques will be useful for both, your personal and professional life.
    We use the neuroscience technique and communication models like –SCARF model and Emotional Intelligence model to reprogram your mind, change your patterns of thoughts and belief system and emotional behaviors when you face a situation or event or even when you communicate with anyone. We interpret the NLP Communication Model that is within you and recognize your internal representation system (5 senses) and how it can affect your life. We also use the design thinking model for creating strategies for generating new and more productive ideas in a rapid, structured manner in response to real-world problems. In our training programs we also use DiSC Tests (to study human behavior in various situations or events), Hogan Personality Inventory (HDC) (to understand your social skills)

We encourage trainee participation through group discussions, role-plays, simulations, psychometric tools, assessments, questionnaire, case studies &scenarios and more.
