  1. Cancellation of Services

Digital Products:
Once digital study materials have been accessed or downloaded, cancellation is generally not possible. Please review your purchase carefully before completing the transaction.

Physical Products:
If you wish to cancel an order for physical study materials, you must notify us within 7 days of placing the order.
Cancellation requests should be sent to hr@kamtrainingservices.com and will be subject to approval.

  1. Refund Policy

Digital Products:
Refunds for digital study materials will be considered only if a valid reason is provided, such as:

  • Technical issues preventing access
  • Content discrepancies

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Physical Products:
Refunds for physical study materials are subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened and unused.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 daysof receiving the cancellation or return request.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Services provided, including access to online courses or training sessions, are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

If payment has been made but, due to a technical issue, you are unable to access the course, you may request a refund by providing valid proof.
The refund will be processed within 7 days of submitting the request along with the required proof.
