At KAM, our mission to empower the youth of our nation through impactful upskilling initiatives remains our top priority. Committed to supporting the government’s efforts in advancing India’s upskilling agenda, KAM recently expanded its outreach to aspiring women in the Dhule district of Aurangabad, Maharashtra, on April 22, 2024.

This initiative, a collaborative effort between KAM and the government, focuses on fostering the growth of women and youth through comprehensive capacity-building programs and job skill courses. Our recent training session, conducted at two renowned centers—KAM Skill Kendra and Ruch Beauty Salon and Academy—marked a significant milestone in this journey. The session successfully equipped nearly one hundred women with essential skills, empowering them to pursue gainful employment and economic independence.

The training covered a wide range of skills, tailored to meet the needs of the participants and the demands of the job market. By focusing on practical, hands-on learning, we ensured that these women not only gained theoretical knowledge but also the confidence to apply their skills in real-world scenarios. The program emphasized the importance of continuous learning and personal development, encouraging participants to take ownership of their career growth.

Looking ahead, KAM is determined to expand its impact even further. Over the next six months, we aim to reach over 5,000 more women and youth in the region, providing them with the training and expertise necessary to secure meaningful employment. This ambitious goal reflects our unwavering commitment to making a lasting difference in the lives of India’s youth, particularly in underserved communities.

Through these initiatives, KAM continues to contribute to the nation’s progress by empowering individuals with the tools they need to succeed, ultimately fostering a more skilled and self-reliant workforce.
