From December 18th to 20th, the EXL Transition Team 2024 came together at the stunning Rajasthali Resort near Jaipur for an extraordinary offsite experience curated by KAM Training Services. The journey began with a mind-boggling VR-based team-building activity, where teamwork, problem-solving, and collaboration came to life as participants unraveled a gripping murder mystery.

The event seamlessly transitioned into a vibrant Rajasthani Khidki fair, designed to immerse the team in local culture. From traditional Kalbeliya and Ghoomar dances to pottery, puppet shows, and bangle making, every detail was thoughtfully planned.

Day 2: brought a different kind of connection as we welcomed children from neighboring villages for a lively sports day. With games like Pitthu, Tug of war, and more, the atmosphere was filled with laughter, teamwork, and a sense of community.

The evenings were magical, featuring a soulful Sufi night and a high-energy Bollywood night, both curated to keep the energy alive. The grand finale, however, was the Filmfare-inspired award night, where beautifully crafted trophies, celebratory fireworks, and champagne toasts added a touch of glamour to the festivities.
