KAM Training Services Launches Successful Business Communication Training at KEC International
In February 2024, KAM Training Services proudly initiated a transformative journey with its Business Communication Training program at KEC International. This endeavour marked the beginning of a series of eight comprehensive sessions aimed at enhancing the communication skills of managers from diverse departments within the organization.
The methodology employed in the training sessions is highly interactive, activity-based, and demonstration-oriented, ensuring maximum engagement and retention among participants. Additionally, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques are integrated into the training, enabling participants to overcome communication barriers and enhance their communication effectiveness.
